John Mallinson

John has been a mortgage adviser since 1991 and prides himself in treating every client equally, always offering the best advice for their personal circumstances and helping them through the whole complex process of sorting a mortgage out. He thinks it is essential to have rapport with the clients which he does by asking ‘open’ questions.  

He prides himself on obtaining referrals from existing clients, even dealing with some client’s children who were very young when he first started. He always provides what is best for the client, and recently has been doing a lot of first-time buyer mortgages, where the clients are wholly dependent on him offering sound professional advice throughout. 

He is always looking to offer what is best for the client and recommends a lot of long term fixed rates if that is most suitable. This is done by both extensive research of the whole market and personal experience.

He can also put clients in touch with conveyancers and general insurance brokers. He can help you if you are looking to purchase a property or remortgage on a residential or buy-to-let basis.

He is also able to provide independent protection advice for both individuals and corporate bodies, particularly specialising on life plans with and without critical illness and also income replacement.
